Wes Welker won’t have to worry about his New England townhome now that his ticket is punched to Denver. The newest member of the Broncos has secured a buyer for his Boston penthouse, a 2,375-square-foot affair that has its own elevator and a private rooftop deck. Previously listed for as much as $2.75 million, Welker is under agreement for slightly less at $2.55 million.

Nearly four years after purchasing a luxury condo at The Westin in Virginia Beach, NASCAR’s Kurt Busch is looking to sell. Busch, who looks to strike gold yet again at Bristol Motor Speedway this weekend, has listed the 3,371-square-foot property. Clad in marble with a wrap-around balcony and chrome pool table, Busch asks $2.8 million for the high-rise abode.

San Francisco Giants left-hander Barry Zito is taking another stab at selling his dreamy estate in the affluent Bay Area community of Kentfield. The $126 million dollar man originally listed the Tuscan oasis overlooking Phoenix Lake for $$11.5 million back in mid-2012, but has shaved $1 million off his original asking price in an attempt to find a buyer for the 7,116-square-foot home.
